Run your HubSpot CRM
with a governed agent
Lunen agents search, report on and update your HubSpot CRM through HubSpot's own MCP server, in a chat or on a schedule. They act as the member who connected them, see only the records that member can, and follow the policy you set for each tool.
Stop working the pipeline
one export at a time
The agent reads deals, contacts and activity, and makes the changes you trust it with. You decide, tool by tool, what runs on its own and what waits for a person.
Without Lunen: Getting ready for the pipeline review means exporting deals to a spreadsheet, pivoting by stage, and messaging owners about the deals that look off.
With Lunen: Ask what is closing this quarter. The agent queries your deals, totals them by stage and owner, and links every deal it mentions back to HubSpot.
Without Lunen: Late-stage deals go quiet, and nobody notices until the forecast call.
With Lunen: A scheduled agent finds late-stage deals with no activity in two weeks and creates a follow-up task for each owner, on its own or once a sales manager approves.
Without Lunen: Fixing records means building a view, exporting it, correcting rows by hand and importing them back.
With Lunen: Describe the fix. The agent finds the contacts missing an owner or a lifecycle stage and updates them in batches of ten, with every property it set in the run log.
Without Lunen: Giving an AI assistant HubSpot access usually means a private app token in a config file, scoped to the whole account instead of a person, with no policy on what it can change and no record of what it did.
With Lunen: Each member connects their own HubSpot login. The agent sees and changes only the records that member can, and Lunen's audit log records who acted, which tool ran and what it was given.
Ask your CRM a question
Ask in plain language and get answers from live HubSpot data, with the same identity, policies and audit log behind every call.
Pipeline questions
Ask anything...
Claude Sonnet 4.6What you can do in HubSpot
Work an agent can take on once HubSpot is connected, whether you ask in a chat or put it on a schedule.
Pipeline review
Ask what is closing this quarter and what moved since last week. The agent totals your deals by stage and owner and links every deal it names.
Stalled deal follow-up
Find late-stage deals with no recent activity and create a follow-up task for each owner, due the same day.
Pre-call briefs
Before a meeting, pull the company, its contacts, open deals and open tickets into one brief, so the rep walks in knowing the account.
Record cleanup
Find contacts missing an owner, a lifecycle stage or a company, and fill them in from rules you describe, ten records per call.
Segments from a sentence
Describe the audience, like every contact at a customer that renewed this year, and the agent builds the segment for your next campaign.
Campaign revenue
See which campaigns sourced or influenced closed-won revenue this quarter, without building the attribution report by hand.
Connected through HubSpot's own MCP server
Lunen talks to HubSpot's remote MCP server. An administrator registers your HubSpot app once, and each member then connects their own HubSpot account.
A policy on every HubSpot tool
Each tool on HubSpot's server has its own place in a Lunen policy. Let searches and reports run unattended and send record changes to a person first, or trust an agent end to end.

Your HubSpot app, registered once
An administrator creates the app in HubSpot and enters its client ID and secret in Lunen. Members sign in with OAuth, and nobody pastes a token into a config file.
Your data model, not a generic one
The agent reads your account's schema, so custom objects and custom properties work the same way contacts and deals do.
A link to every record
HubSpot's server returns a link with each record, so every deal or contact an agent names opens straight to its page in HubSpot.
Connected in three steps
- 1In HubSpot, create an app for the remote MCP server and copy its client ID and secret.
- 2In Lunen, open Settings, then MCP Registry, enable HubSpot and register the app's client ID, secret and redirect URL.
- 3Each member opens Connected Services and connects their own HubSpot account.
Why run your HubSpot agents in Lunen
It acts as the person
Each member connects their own HubSpot account. An agent sees and changes the records that member can and nothing more.
You decide what runs on its own
Every HubSpot tool has its own policy. Allow the searches and reports a trusted agent runs end to end, and set record changes to Approve so a reviewer sees the exact properties first.
In a chat or on a schedule
Ask about a deal when you need an answer, or put the same work on a schedule so stalled deals are flagged before Monday's pipeline call.
One record for every tool
HubSpot calls land in the same audit log as every other tool: who acted, which agent ran, what was approved, and which model answered.
Put an agent on your pipeline
Lunen is in early access with a small group of design partners. Tell us how your team works in HubSpot and we'll set up a call.
